The July edition of Between the Pages was sent to subscribers this week on Wednesday.
For those of you who are not subscribers, Between the Pages is the reader group’s monthly letter. In the Chatter section, we share news of what is happening with current books and series, event announcements, cover reveals, free giveaways, and behind-the-scenes peeks at what I am working on for new books.
The Book Nook is my book review section. This month the book was Red Harvest by Dashiell Hammett. Finally, the Back Page portion is where we talk about food or drink related items. This month I shared a favorite recipe for the summer grilling season. The most important thing to remember is that the Back Page was added because of suggestions from this group, making this as much about what the readers want to talk about as to what I find interesting.
The added bonus this month were a couple of photos of our horses, including one of my daughter training her competition horse in dressage. I’m a father. I’m allowed to be proud.
