The first review I have seen on the Manifesto UF anthology and Frank Errington gave it four out of five stars with a recommendation to buy the book. He also had several nice things to say about my story, “Rev,” and even included two quotes. Coincidentally, one of them that he chose as a favorite was also one that I liked the most as well.

Frank Errington review of Manifesto UF
The news is officially out! I signed with Angelic Knight Press to publish my novel, “Dreams of Ivory and Gold.” The publishing date is currently set for April of 2014.
Dreams is an urban fantasy thriller that involves a series of murders and the homicide detective investigating them, a man and a priest charged by the Catholic church with finding the killer, and an incubus.
I will share more as we approach publication day but needless to say I am very excited about the news.
Thank you to everyone who has purchased a copy of the urban fantasy anthology, Manifesto UF. Editor Tim Marquitz just informed me that it has climbed all the way to #3 on the Amazon anthology list.
For those of you who are traditional paper readers (and generally speaking I count myself in that group as well), we should know about hard print copies next week.
On a different note, I hope to have more exciting news to report in a couple of days.
I am excited to announce that my short story “Rev” leads off the anthology Manifesto UF. I was caught a little by surprise on this release because the initial date was intended to be September 1 but Amazon released the Kindle edition early. Whether you already like urban fantasy or are just looking into the genre, this anthology gives a wide range of terrific stories. From the publisher:
Our latest anthology, Manifesto UF, edited by Tim Marquitz and Tyson Mauermann, is now available on both Amazon and Smashwords.
From angels to vampires, dragons to wizards, Manifesto brings together twenty-three stories full of action, snark, and unadulterated badassery.
Featuring stories from Lucy A. Snyder, Jeff Salyards, William Meikle, Teresa Frohock, Zachary Jernigan, Betsy Dornbusch, and more. The time has come to make a statement, to define a genre. This is our manifesto.
If you’re a fan of Urban Fantasy, this one’s for you. If you’ve never tried Urban Fantasy, this is for you also. Tim & Ty have gathered together some masters of the genre as well as some gifted newcomers. And the stories are diverse enough to satisfy a wide range of tastes.
